This initiative aims to foster international cooperation by sharing best practices and case studies from countries including China, the Netherlands, Singapore, Canada, and Kenya. The program outlines five pillars of smart schooling, centering on AI‑driven learning experiences, digital training for teachers, and strong home‑community collaboration.    Vice Minister of Education Ren Youqun announced the nation's "AI Plus Education" action plan, which integrates digital resources across all levels of education. E | 中国在这一领域的研究和应用取得了快速进展：2017年9月，支付宝在杭州肯德基餐厅实现了世界第一笔刷支付业务；2018年，天猫双十一交易高峰，完成生物认证支付占60.3%。现在，支付宝的低成本面部喷漆设备蜻蜓已经在许多商店使用。分析认为，参与制定国际标准不仅有利于全球企业，而且是中国科技竞争力的重要组成部分。在此之前，支付宝一直领导和参与制定ISO、ITU国际标准和近50个国家标准。
